Chris Rayburn, founder of the LEV score, further advises that the GPP Leverage Score should be used for comparing players in a player pool you're already considering more so than for picking players from scratch. So a player could be a bad value, but if he is projected to be owned only 0-1%, he will have a positive score because even a player who is poor "value" has a better chance to "hit" than the 0-1% ownership would imply.
